For the past 16 years, I’ve supported women in moving through stress, anxiety, burnout, and disconnection by guiding them back to their inner wisdom, grounding their nervous systems, and creating space for lasting change. Whether you're navigating a life transition, craving deeper self-trust, or simply tired of living for everyone else, my work is here to meet you - body, mind, and spirit.
As a life coach, energy healer, and longtime yoga teacher, I blend movement, breath, mindset work, and soul-centered practices to help you live fully present, rooted in your worth, and deeply connected to your body’s wisdom. Through transformational coaching sessions, grounding yoga classes, and reflective workshops, I create spaces of compassion, presence, and clarity where your truth can rise and your wholeness can be remembered.
I’m a 500-hour certified yoga teacher (E-RYT 500) with over 16,000 hours taught, a certified life and health coach trained through Emory University and the Sacred Depths Institute, and an Enneagram expert trained by the Enneagram Institute. I’ve also co-led six teacher trainings, led 14 retreats, and am a dedicated Neelakantha meditation practitioner and certified Pranic Healing practitioner.
